My Music

This is where I will post music that I make, full songs eventually but random weird noises to start.

Banjo

I play the banjo, clawhammer style, and I've been playing it for something like 6 months now, it's become a huge part of my life. Anything that I do with music is going to incorporate the banjo in some way now because that is just the way I understand music at this point.

Most of my influences are hyperpop and abstract electronic music though, so I'm probably going to end up mixing some weird elements together. Hopefully it sounds good. I think it will

DIY Electronics

I really like making DIY electronic stuff, and I've recently started tinkering with making DIY electronic instruments and whatnot. I have already tried putting a contact mic under the bridge of the banjo and running that to an amp and I love the way that sounds. The soldering was weak and it broke off but once I get a good setup working again I'll upload a video or audio clip of the electric banjo.

I'm also gonna try making some fully electronic DIY instrument things, I've seen some people do really cool things with old tape decks so once I get once I'm gonna have fun messing around with that too.
